After the Purr-fect Cat Screen Saver is installed, it will become your default screen saver. Here is how you can adjust the settings:
Click on the "Start" Button in the lower left-hand corner of the screen
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Control Panel"
Double-click the "Display" icon
The "Display Properties" window will appear
Click on the "Screen Saver" tab
>From here you can select a screen saver in the "screen saver" drop-down-menu, set how long you want the computer to wait until the screen saver appears, and adjust the energy saving features of the monitor.
Click on "OK" when you are finished to save your settings.
If your screen goes blank while the screen saver is running, your computer is probably set to turn the monitor off after a period of inactivity. To disable this feature:
Click on the "Start" Button in the lower left-hand corner of the screen
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Control Panel"
Double-click the "Power Management" icon
The "Power Management Properties" window will appear
Toward the bottom is a line that reads: "Turn monitor off." Click on the drop-down-menu to the right and click on "Never."
